          Rose Kartchner lives in Blanding Utah. She is AMAZING. She is also her mom’s favorite child out of the 5 kids in the house. Rose is 12, and is the oldest one. Her siblings sometimes say that she’s bossy. Her parents sometimes say that she is ornery. But trust me, she is obviously never one of those things.           She likes to read, write short stories, (most of which she never finishes) ride her bike, cross stitch, and stop motion. She just learned how to kayak today, but that is not one of her hobbies. By Jack Kartchner           Right now it is hard to find a good sporting event to watch or play. Are you missing your team sports? Are you sad you can’t watch any sporting events? Maybe you were looking forward to the Olympics this summer and are disappointed to miss out. If you miss playing sports or watching them then I have the thing for you: marble racing.           I found Marble racing with my dad on YouTube. Marble racing is a fun show where someone sets up courses and races marbles. There are several different types of courses and events. Some of the courses are on the sand. They sometimes have obstacles, bridges and cool curves. They also have regular marble courses, like the ones you buy with elevators, half pipes and funnels.
